So to make a completely free website you need to
Sign in to Gmail account to make a Blogger account-> https://www.blogger.com/
Because the Blogger is a Google product you need to Sign in with your Gmail Account. If you don't have any Gmail account you can make a new one here- mail.google.com
After signing in you will be redirected to Blogger.
Click on Continue to Blogger.
Then you will be redirected to the dashboard of blogger. Where you can make one or many blogs.
To make a blog click on New Blog.
Now in the sub window write the Title of your Blog or website and choose the Sub domain name for your website like abcd.blogspot.com here abcd is your sub domain name and the default domain would be blogspot.com. You can purchase the main domain name for you after. There will be given some default template designs and you can choose any of them. You can change Template design anytime. Now click on Create Blog.
Now click on the Title of your blog.
Your blog process is almost complete. In the overview section you can see the complete control panel of your blog/ website.
By clicking on New Post you can create a new post for your audience.

Here you can write whatever you want to share or attach photographs/ videos/ links. By clicking on Publish button you can publish it to the web or if you want save it as a Draft you can click on Save button so that you can edit it after.
