[FAQ-RK] Why AdSense Ads wont show or activate ?

Hi, I've enabled adsense for my blog and had an email that states:

"Your application has been successfully reviewed. Now you need to create your first ad unit and place the ad code on http://*****************.blogspot.com to fully activate your account. Note that before your account is fully activated, only blank ads will appear on your pages. Once your account is fully activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email and begin to see live ads"

I've set up ads on my footers and side bar gadgets but they still appear blank. Do I need to copy and paste the code from my adsense ads like it sates in my email and if so where do I paste it? I tried in my template but it didn't show anything..

Solution:

1. Login to your blogger account.

2. Go to Layout.

3. Now Click on Add Gadget.

4. Now click on + sign of Adsense Gadget.

5. Click on Save Button and add some more Adsense gadgets wherever you want to add in Template.

6. This will take some time or 1-2 days to be appeared on your blog. :-)
