I have set up a custom domain with Godaddy.com (p**********t.blogspot.com / www.p**********t.com ).
It's been two days now since I couldn't access my site. Google, Safari, Opera and Firefox "can't find the server at www.p**********t.com". Site appears down
I've called GoDaddy to get more information .Everything works fine from their service.
Solution
1. Login to your GoDaddy id.
2. Click on Manage DNS
3. Add 'A' records as given.
4. Add all four 'A' records.
Name Value
@ 216.239.32.21
@ 216.239.34.21
@ 216.239.36.21
@ 216.239.38.21
5. Keep Just two CNAMEs and delete extra CNAME and A records. Do not delete MX, TXT and NS records.
- Name Value
- email email.secureserver.net
- www @
6. Now log in to your Blogger blog.
7. Go to Setting > Basic > Type your on Custom Blog Address and Slick on Save Button.
8. You will see an error if you have not added or added wrong CNAME record to your GoDaddy account.
9. Now Add both CNAME records to your GoDaddy account as shown after clicking on save button.
10. To add CNAME records login to your GoDaddy account and Add both CNAME records.
and you are done. :-)
